We have 23 years of experience in producing sewn products ranging from waterproof, breathable clothing for the leisure industry to certified lifting buckets for scaffolders, from radio pouches for the military to explosive carriers for mines and quarries.

Our purpose built facilities give us the flexibility to apply production line techniques to specific products, reducing travel distances and increasing efficiency.

Services:  Product design, development and prototyping. Long and short production runs to customer or our own specifications or phased deliveries from stock.    

Machinery:  We have a wide range of machinery including :- needle feed, compound feed, overlock, fully automatic, twin needle, and cylinder arm sewing machines, dedicated binders, corner stitchers riveters eyeleters and presstuders. 

Materials:  Materials range from microfibers and technical fabrics to leather and conveyor belting.  Many of our base fabrics have sector specific properties such as :-

• Flame retardant, self-extinguishing conveyor belt and phenolic linen used in the manufacture of explosive carriers and detonator cases for mines and quarries.
• Flame retardant, antifungal, antibacterial materials and combustion modified foam used in the manufacture of wheelchair cushions, canvases and wheelchair modifications.
• Thermal reflective and thermal insulating materials used in the manufacture of protective cases and covers for monitoring equipment used in hostile environments such as steelworks.
• M.O.D specified camouflage and infrared reflective materials used in the manufacture of radio pouches and headsets.
• Oil absorbent felt, filter foam and fuel resistant materials used in the construction of environmental products.
• Waterproof and abrasion resistant materials used in the manufacture of gun slips, holdalls and bivvy sheets.
• Antistatic and insulation materials used in the manufacture of joint covers etc.
